  Provisioning

Once you’ve won your customer, the first part is complex registration and provisioning process. Statistics have shown 5% of the customers are lost during cumbersome paper registration process and provisioning part where the customer either is never visited by the field staff or their shipment never arrives. 

Mainstay’s provisioning service includes customer call backs to get adequate details, confirming shipping address, fixing appointments, maintaining field staff diaries, co-ordinating with the different vendors to ensure prompt service and product delivery.
