Mortgage Application Processing

Mortgage application process involves processing applications received from our clients or mortgage brokers. This process would involve the client or the Broker to send the applications and other related documents via fax or email to us. The File is then checked with the following process.

Initial Application Process
Funds Analysis
Credit and Obligations
Income Analysis
Property Appraisal
Final Analysis

In addition to this the process also involves contacting the Broker, Borrower, Appraisal Company, Banks / Investors, Borrower’s Employment Company, Ordering of Credit Report and Property Appraisals.
